Why a Founders Cohort?
We're deliberately small — not because we can't grow, but because we'd rather grow well than fast.
Every customer we onboard gets full attention from a senior engineer, at our pace, with our process and quality standards intact. To protect that, we cap how many new customers we take on at once and run intake in cohorts — small groups we onboard together, with the lessons from each one folded back in before the next.
Joining the queue is how we keep that promise without overpromising. When a cohort opens, queue members hear first, get preferential terms, and help shape the product as it matures. When we've got the capacity to take a bigger cohort, we will. Until then, the queue is the honest answer.
