Engagements start with a short scoping conversation — no charge, no commitment. If there's a fit, we write a clear Statement of Work with fixed scope, fixed fee (or a transparent day rate for ongoing work), and a defined boundary on what's in and out. You sign off before any work starts.
Everything we produce — code, documentation, decisions — is yours. We hand it over in a form your team or a successor can pick up. The output is portable; the relationship is voluntary.
